Our Growth Analyst Intern will be part of an international team (Growth) making things happen in our key markets. You will be reporting directly to our VP of Growth. This means you’ll be over-exposed to all the projects that we’ll kick-off!
More specifically, some of the key tasks are:
– Collaborating in projects ideation and implementation such as (i) how to improve retention rate through notifications (ii) how to increase funnel conversion with in-funnels campaigns (iii) defining our key metrics to cluster users (iv) automatize our onboarding funnel. Interesting, uh?
– Collaborating with other departments on key projects making sure that delivery is done on-time and with the highest quality. Most of your projects will involve multiple stakeholders, thus requiring great level of project management and amazing interpersonal skills.
– Conducting extensive research together with Data team on what’ll be the next big bold bet. We at Katoo highly believe it’s never time to settle, and are always looking on what will improve our current process by 10x.
In short, Growth Analyst Intern is a broad role encompassing project management, execution, A/B testing, research and… hustling! We are a start-up, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!

– Execution-machine: we don’t like to leave doors open for ages, and strongly believe speed beats perfection in most of the cases. So, don’t apply if you wouldn’t launch a landing page with a few bugs or with some not 100% perfect copies!
– Fighter, but organized: you deeply believe on what you work on, and will do your best to make things happen. But, you do it in an organized way! You know how to properly manage projects through boards, OKRs, timelines of implementation, … and this is natural to you!
– Excellent communicator: you’ll work with a plethora of different departments, and this requires you to adapt your communication whether you speak with an analyst, a department lead, or a functional leader!
– Fast and independent learner: you aren’t afraid to learn new things from scratch, and are always striving to find solutions on your own before asking for support!
